Membership Options and Pricing

Digital Tech Professionals

Membership that offers recognition, development, events, mentoring, advocacy, and more, all while strengthening the tech industry and community.

Annual Price:

  • Full membership is for experienced IT professionals. Members would normally have an IT-related degree plus around 4 years of experience (at least 2 at a senior level), OR no degree and 10 years' IT experience.

    First Year Special: $100 (Then $295 annually)
    Overseas Member: (No GST): $250

  • Fellowship is for those who hold a position of eminence or authority within the discipline of ICT. Fellowship is achieved only after a strict advancement process.

    NZ Member (InclGST): $295
    Overseas Member: (No GST): $250

Corporate Partners

Our Corporate Partnership program brings together a diverse group of organizations committed to professional IT practices. Partners enjoy benefits such as support for the IT profession, staff development opportunities, promotion and recognition, discounts, access to ITP materials, a complimentary membership, and the ability to offer member discounts.

Annual Price:

  • Staff of Corporate and Educational Partners receive a discount of between 20% and 75% on their individual professional membership, depending on the number of ITP members on staff.

  • The ITP Education Partner Programme is similar to Corporate Partnership, but exclusively for tertiary educational institutions. ITP partners with most Universities, Polytechs/Institute of Technology, and significant Private Training Establishments in New Zealand through the Education Partnership Programme.

Students

ITP Student Membership provides tech students with benefits like industry networking events, access to tech-related events, improved employability, exclusive access to the ITP Video Library, global networking, insights into tech sectors, and a path to professional practice, demonstrating your commitment to professionalism in IT.

Annual Price:

  • Most students join as an Associate of ITP. Utilising the student fee concession, membership is just $10 per year. Members can attend ITP meetings and presentations at a discounted rate and in many cases free.

  • Recent graduates also normally join as an Associate. Via the industry new entrant fee concession, recent graduates can join for just $95 per year.
