Reskilling and Upskilling for Future-Ready Skills: Launch targeted upskilling programs focusing on critical areas like cybersecurity, AI, and data ethics. Offer new courses and workshops tailored to emerging industry needs.
Enhancing Career Navigation and Member Engagement: Expand mentorship programs, develop career development resources, and create member-driven initiatives like discussion forums and peer groups to build a vibrant community.
Amplifying Advocacy and Representation: Strengthen policy advocacy by creating a dedicated “Policy Watch” platform and hosting forums for member input on industry issues.
