Come and join is to hear Caroline Carver, principal consultant of privacy consultancy TwoBlackLabs, give an introduction to the Europe Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

During the session, Caroline will provide a summary overview of the major highlights of the GDPR, whether organisations you work with may be subject to the GDPR and what is needed to comply with it. She will also discuss some possible implications of Brexit for the GDPR.

She is currently the only IAPP qualified Fellow of Information Privacy in New Zealand, and is a New Zealand expert on the GDPR.
