We're excited to be bringing Thursday Live back, ITP's magazine-style fortnightly live webinar.

The next ITP Thursday Live webinar features a talk and Q&A with the Ministry of Health's Digital and Data head, Shayne Hunter.

New Zealand's health sector is undergoing a significant reform, with a move away from Primary Health Organisations (PHOs), the creation of a Maori Health Authority and the merger of 20 District Health Boards (DHBs) into a new organisation called Health New Zealand.

A huge part of the reform is figuring out how the technology and digital side will work; not just keeping the lights on across the country's hospitals, but how to keep innovation at the forefront of the reforms and ensure the emerging new health system is world leading in the use of technology to ensure better health outcomes for kiwis.

Join Shayne Hunter, the Ministry of Health's head of Data and Digital, as he runs through what the reforms will mean for HealthTech, the opportunities from a tech perspective, and answers your questions on the digital side of the reforms.

As always, the Thursday Live Webinar will kick off with our Tech NewsChat Panel talking through the big stories of the week and will finish with extended Q&A with Shayne.
