The Panel

Paul O'Donovan

Paul has been recruiting technology roles in the Christchurch market for the past 10 years.

It has been an interesting ride, dealing with the effects of the Christchurch earthquakes on the market.

Prior to arriving in New Zealand in 2010, Paul was recruiting technology roles in the UK, during a time when the Global Financial Crisis changed the world economy. Paul is passionate about giving people the tools to maximize their chances of winning their dream role and hopes to be able to share that knowledge during this session.

Clare O'Sullivan

Clare began her recruitment career in London in 1998 before returning to NZ where she continued working as a Senior Consultant in Technology and Project Services. Clare has managed teams across Technology, Accounting & Finance and Financial Services.

She recruits all levels of roles from Junior / Entry level through to Senior Management and Strategy. Given Clare's tenure in the industry she is well versed to provide advice to those looking for work and surviving through difficult times. She has recruited through recessions previously and can advise knowledgeably on strategies to get through.

Blair Morgan

Following leadership roles with IRD, Effectus Ltd, NZ Treasury and office of the Clerk of the NZ Parliament, Blair is now Associate Director of KPMG in Christchurch. The Associate Director works with Advisory leadership to help develop and implement the strategic goals of the division including a lead role in building the practice and operational responsibility for the successful delivery of engagements, and staff and client relationships.

Blair is also on the National Board of ITP, having also served on both the Wellington and Christchurch branch committees.
