Design Thinking has been around for decades. But it is not until recently that it has started powering its way through businesses across the world, and more recently in the Canterbury region. This talk will be the opportunity to introduce you to the origins of Design Thinking, what it is (and is not), but also the why it is so important for today's business to incorporate and integrates its principles into how we do business today, including how we deliver IT projects. Throughout this hour together, I will also walk you through some of the most commonly used tools and methods, so that you can also yourself start taking your first steps towards a different way of thinking.

The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for networking over light refreshments.

Discounted rate for members of Canterbury Tech available, email [email protected] or call 0800 252 255.
