Welcome to the Digital Leaders Lab 2019, a series of monthly breakfast sessions designed to enhance the personal effectiveness and strategic relevance of IT leaders in the digital age. Our focus is on developing great digital leaders who deliver value to their organisations through technology. The format of each session is a short presentation by a guest speaker on the chosen topic, followed by a lean coffee style discussion giving you plenty of opportunity to raise and engage in the questions you are seeking answers to.

Nicki is the Managing Director of Innovate and Transform and works with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams of organisations undergoing customer centric, agile transformations.
Since returning to NZ 6 years ago, Nicki has lead the customer centric agile transformation for Fletcher Building in her role as Group GM Digital, established the Fletcher Building Innovation lab, which produced over 26 revenue generating digital products, and for Spark Ventures, set up the strategy and delivery teams that created the platforms that enabled them to launch 5 businesses within 1 year.
Nicki has a passion for helping organisations change the DNA of how they work to become more customer centric, innovative and value focused.
