Welcome to the Digital Leaders Lab 2019, a series of monthly breakfast sessions designed to enhance the personal effectiveness and strategic relevance of IT leaders in the digital age. Our focus is on developing great digital leaders who deliver value to their organisations through technology. The format of each session is a short presentation by a guest speaker on the chosen topic, followed by a lean coffee style discussion giving you plenty of opportunity to raise and engage in the questions you are seeking answers to.

Starting a digital business involves a whole lot of moving pieces and running a startup means solving an endless list of problems because many young companies face both technology and market risks like structuring, IP protection, raising funds, recruiting, etc. So, what are the key things you need to consider and keep in mind when you start up your startup?
