In this presentation internationally renowned Enterprise Architect Regine Deleu will explain the route followed to discover what citizens want from digital government. The talk will explain the research undertaken, the design arrived at and the the resulting implementation. Regine will also discuss what insights we get with our approach to creating a digital government.

About The Speaker

regine_deleu_4.jpgRegine has significant international experience across a number of private and public sector organisations. Having worked globally, including in Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland and New Zealand, Regine is currently a strategic enterprise architect working for the New Zealand government. Having lead cross government initiatives with key expertise in data governance, digital transformation and strategic enterprise architecture, Regine's work includes investigating the impact on the New Zealand economy and welfare of the citizens through increased transparency of data and alignment of government services with citizens' life events.

A Data Research Advisory Board Member for Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Regine's expertise around enterprise architecture is known on a global scale. She has presented and lectured both internationally and within New Zealand.

Regine was an Excellence Supreme Award finalist 2018, IT Professional of the Year, and finalist at the Women of Influence award 2015 for innovation.
