A leadership conversation about delivering value from your technology investments

Welcome to the first Digital Leaders Lab in 2020, a series of monthly breakfast sessions designed to enhance the personal effectiveness and strategic relevance of IT leaders in the digital age. Our focus is on developing great digital leaders who deliver value to their organisations through technology. The format of each session is a short presentation by a guest speaker on the chosen topic, followed by a lean coffee style discussion giving you plenty of opportunity to raise and engage in the questions you are seeking answers to.

About The Speaker

Paul Littlefair was recently the CIO of Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC), a dairy-farmer owned agri-tech co-operative. Under Littlefair's guidance, LIC embarked on a significant modernization of its legacy systems, moving a billion cow records into the cloud, to deliver superior digital experiences to NZ Dairy Farmers. To achieve this Littlefair reshaped his team and delivery processes to align with agile cloud native technologies. He is ranked #2 in the NZ CIO50 and was awarded NZ CIO of the Year 2019.
