A leadership conversation about delivering value from your technology investments

Welcome to the Digital Leaders Lab 2019, a series of monthly breakfast sessions designed to enhance the personal effectiveness and strategic relevance of IT leaders in the digital age. Our focus is on developing great digital leaders who deliver value to their organisations through technology. The format of each session is a short presentation by a guest speaker on the chosen topic, followed by a lean coffee style discussion giving you plenty of opportunity to raise and engage in the questions you are seeking answers to.

Our topic for this month:  Artificial Intelligence or Intuitive Intelligence - a modern leadership dilemma

Those in the tech sector have heard it many times that AI is at a point where they can perform human-like tasks and although the jury is out on whether super-intelligent AI will exhibit human emotions.  In this session I hope to generate different perspectives on whether (and why) humans will always remain in the realm of leadership.

A full buffet breakfast will be served. Please e-mail registrations@itp.nz with any dietary requirements.
