Fireside chat - Navigating Digital Delivery on a tight budget

In this webinar Vic will be joined by Mark Bennett the Director of Digital and Information Technologies for Salvation Army.

In their discussion they will dive into the realities of managing technology on tight budgets, the impact of rising digital costs on service delivery, and how to effectively communicate the importance of tech investment to boards and donors. Mark will talk about how digital transformation can assist organisations in realising mission driven outcomes, share his insights on the current labour market and how charities like his own are grappling with the growing complexities digital tech has to bring.

This will be a fantastic insightful discussion!
