Large organisations are complex and slow to respond but the world around them is changing ever faster. This puts people in those agencies under rising pressure to adopt new ways of working.

IT people must deliver to growing and changing needs. Almost everyone must adopt more collaborative and customer-focused processes. For these things to happen, culture must somehow change.

IntegrationQA will present a series of short case studies about this work. The presenters will be senior consultants who work with the Australian agency and with large organisations in Wellington. We'll tell stories of experiments - what we observed, what we did, and the outcomes of that.

Following the presentations, there will be a panel discussion and Q and A.
