ITx Masterclass: Leading Disruption and Innovation
TSB Arena and Shed 6 Complex
4 Queens Wharf
As we progress as a society from the knowledge economy through the disruption economy, our customers are becoming more vocal about what they want and need from their service providers.
Customers are voting with their currency, choosing Uber over taxis, Amazon over the department store, Airbnb over hotels, and Netflix over the network TV station. If we are not careful in IT, we will also become extinct. But how do we manage disruption, especially internal disruption in an environment where a major culture change is needed?
In this Masterclass workshop, participants will learn the first steps in developing a culture that supports disruption and innovation and how to develop a mindset for innovation.
Through practical exercises in small teams, participants will develop solutions that disrupt how they currently deal with problems, while being challenged to let go of the established norms and rethink the way to reduce friction, personalize the support experience, and innovate the current support environment.
Includes afternoon tea.
This is a Masterclass Workshop as part of ITx 2018.
The cost of this Masterclass is additional to ITx registration, however you do NOT need to attend the full ITx conference to attend this Masterclass - just register below.
