Many firms are struggling with collaboration technology. Either it's been installed and is not being used, or they are not sure what to do. How do you make great decisions about collaboration technology and its use within organizations?
In this presentation, Michael Sampson addresses why having great collaboration technology available is not enough, and outlines an approach for achieving success, with an emphasis on vision, governance, business engagement, and user adoption.
About The Speaker
Michael Sampson is a Collaboration Strategist. He advises end-user organizations around the world on strategies for making collaboration work, with focal areas of culture, governance, and adoption.
Michael has delivered workshops or spoken at conferences in Australia, Singapore, United States, London, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium. In addition Michael is the author of several books on collaboration, including Doing Business with IBM Connections, User Adoption Strategies (2nd Edition), and Collaboration Roadmap.
