Note the nomination process should be completed by the employing company only. Please only proceed if you have completed the Nomination Application Document and understand the process (outlined here and in the Guide), have the necessary supporting documentation such as a CV for the worker, and understand that there is a cost of $NZD 56.35 incl GST for this service.

Use this to apply for an Industry Nomination for the Tech Class Exception below. Please note that this should be completed by the employing company.
You will need to upload:
- Your Nomination Application Document, including details for the company, role and worker.
- Evidence that the worker is suitable for the role (e.g. a CV or copy of their LinkedIn profile)
- Any other supporting documents (if requested)
NOTE: If that if any documents are in any language other than English, you will need to provide an English translation as well.
