Wellington event spaces for hire

EventCentre

ITP’s Wellington event centre rooms are available for hire in the central and iconic Plimmer Tower. This includes a large event space, boardroom and a smaller meeting or zoom room – booked separately or as a whole space.

The spaces feature modern fitout, technology and facilities, plus a great view and after-hours access if necessary. ITP members and Corporate Partners receive a 20% discount on booking costs.

Meetups and not-for-profit tech-related events are sometimes hosted in the ITP event centre at no charge. Contact us for more information.

The large ITP event space is perfect for events from 20-70 people. It includes the free use of a large screen and projector, free wifi, sound system and wireless microphones, whiteboards*, chairs and tables*, plus access to a kitchen, small servery area and cold filtered water.

The ITP Boardroom, as part of the event centre, can comfortably accommodate up to 12 around a board table. Alternatively it's a great venue for small workshops. It also includes free wifi, whiteboards*, chairs and tables*, and use of a large screen and presentation computer that is also setup for Zoom or Skype with high quality camera and microphone system*.

ITP Meeting and Zoom room

EventCentre

The smaller ITP Meeting and Zoom Room, as part of the event centre, is perfect for small meetings such as job or other interviews. It's also fully fitted out for Zoom or Skype meetings, making it the perfect quiet place to either participate in or host online meetings or training.

As a meeting room, the room comfortably seats 4 around a round table or desk, and also includes free wifi, whiteboards*, and use of a large screen and presentation computer that is also setup for Zoom or Skype with high quality camera and microphone system*.
