ITP membership is paid for a fixed term (usually 12 months) and resignations take effect from the end of this term. ITP does not refund unused memberships.
Should membership of ITP be cancelled by ITP at any time the remaining period of the term of paid membership will be forfeited and no refund provided.
Unless otherwise stated, ITP will provide a full refund or credit for event cancellations up to 48 hours prior to an event. Some events have a longer cancellation period or a small fee charged, but this will be stated. Unfortunately due to catering requirements cancellations cannot be accepted outside these cancellation terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, should ITP cancel an event for any reason ITP will provide either a full refund or credit (at the option of the attendee).
Your access to and use of this website, and the information on this website, is governed exclusively by New Zealand law.
